Place to stay: Rimba Ecolodge, Sumatra
As you guys already know, we absolutely loved backpacking through Indonesia so much that we ended up staying for a total of 60 days. The laid back lifestyle, friendly people and simple but healthy food would make anyone want to stay here forever.
We searched for hours to find a place by the beach where we could relax for our last week in Sumatra and finally came across RIMBA – Ecolodge & Association and decided that this is exactly the kind of place that we wanted to finish our Indonesian adventure. We honestly didn’t know what to expect but ended up finding this private paradise surrounded by jungle and breathtaking islands.
